Crisis meeting over Somali piracy

A spate of pirate attacks off the coast of somalia has prompted an emergency meeting between nations bordering the Red sea to deal with the problem.

I think It's a real shame that something like this is allowed to happen. Yes, it costs only $2.5 to dump a ton of waste in Somalia compared to the $1000 in Europe and America. But the Somalis are paying the remaining $997.5 with their health and lives.
